Why

Merch at LastBench began as a small experiment at our inaugural showcase, Matinee. It was a way for us to make things we enjoyed and share a bit of who we are, beyond the work you would usually see from the studio. Over time, it started feeling more like an extension of our culture: the jokes, the ideas, the odd little obsessions, and the parts of LastBench that don’t always make it into our creatives.

Merch for us, is a canvas, where we create things that feel honest to us.

On the flip side, it perhaps is a way for us to question if the objects that we carry, also carry the same spirit we work with. With Merch, we research, sketch, argue, refine, and eventually land on something that feels right.
